Our home is a short 15-min Lyft or Uber ride from the airport. It is also accessible from the airport, through public transportation using the UTA’s Green-line train, and a 5-minute bus ride (Bus 227) to the community entrance.
We are also within walking distance (12 min) to Valley Fair mall which includes shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. Nearby freeway access offers a quick commute to Salt Lake City.

Kitchen:
The full kitchen is well stocked with all you might need including microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc. The apartment is also equipped with its own washer/dryer along with soap in case you need to wash anything during your stay.
Bedrooms: The north bedroom has a full-sized bed, the middle has a twin bed with a twin pullout*, and the south bedroom has a queen-sized bed and tv. Also, the middle room has a desk and can be used as an office, perfect for those working remotely. (*One of the twin bed mattresses can be placed on a bed frame located in a closet and the game room can be used as a fourth bedroom.)
Temperature: We find the temperature in the space stays cooler in summer and has a thermostat for vented-heat as needed. The system is separate
from the upstairs so you have full control of the temperate to meet your comfort needs.
Bathroom: The walk-in shower has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you don't need to pack your own.
Outdoors: There is a fenced-in grassed backyard for your pets to play in. However, this is a shared space with our golden retriever, Jadzia, and Italian greyhound, Kissie. Our dogs are friendly and love to say hi if they see you. Smoking is not allowed inside. (Please ask us about our pet fee if bringing a pet.
